1. Standard Software Products
We stand behind the quality of our software. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of our standard software products, we offer a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
2. Custom Solutions and Licenses
Due to the tailored nature of our Custom Consulting / License services, any payments made using the custom amount checkout are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced or the custom license has been issued. We encourage you to reach out with any questions prior to making a custom payment.
3. Conditions for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund on standard products, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted within the 14-day window.
- The software license will be immediately revoked and deactivated upon successful processing of the refund.
- You agree to completely uninstall and delete all copies of the software from your devices.
4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment via our payment processor, Stripe. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or on your credit card statement.
